I would like to introduce you to term hacking and hackers in this article. Today, i will give you introduction of ethical hacking and some basics of hacking you should know.
Internet and computer are important part of our lives today. We use internet to stay connected with our friends and relatives, for online shopping, for our business and blah blah blah, their are many uses of technology. We cant imagine our life without these technologies. But, with the increase in these technology, their is another world of bad guys inside us who use this but not for good purpose. Who use social media and internet to spread malware.

So, What is hacking ??
There are many definitions of hacking and hackers, but i only wants to tell you some of my favorites. OK lets have a look.
Traditional Hackers or True Hackers
Hackers :- Hackers are extra ordinary persons who loves to tweak with computers, finding new things in, developing interesting programs and running system with their own code and programs.
Today's Hackers
Hackers:- A person who hacks into someone else computer or get unauthorized access to anyone's computer and install malicious software, spywares and virus without the knowledge of their victim, steal their information like credit card details, username and passwords etc and use them for malicious purposes. Hackers can install and modify anything after getting access.
Types of Hackers:-
Their are mainly three types of hackers.
Black Hat Hackers:- A person who get unauthorized access to computer for malicious purposes like getting sensitive information, installing malware etc.
White Hat Hacker/Ethical Hackers:- These are good guys. They hacks into someones computer in order to test or evaluate its security. They use the same tricks and tools as black hat hackers use. One of the main difference between black and white hackers is that white hat hackers works on contract.

Grey Hat Hackers:- Those guys who do white hat hacking in front of society but when they are alone or say at night they do black hat hacking.
Script Kiddies:- A person who is just started hacking or we can say that an unskilled hacker who use tricks, scripts and tools developed by other real hackers and then use them for hacking purposes.

Hacktivists:- A hacker or group of hackers who promote their group or political groups using hacking.
